S.A.Wilson's certified organic Gold Roast Coffee is the first and only coffee that has been specifically blended and processed with higher levels of Caffeine and Palmitic acid in mind. It is also the only coffee that has been lab tested to be sure it has these higher levels. A blend of certified organic coffee beans have been selected for higher levels of Caffeine and Palmitic Acid, with up to 44% higher levels of Caffeine and up to 87% higher levels of Palmitic Acid. It is our proprietary three tiered system of processing the coffee that insures that S.A.Wilson's coffee is the only coffee on the market with these higher levels and is completely Mold Free

S.A.Wilson’s Gold Roast is a naturally mellow and light bodied coffee. Its distinctive warm, golden colour and raw, unsullied texture delivers a wonderfully nutty aroma.

At S.A. Wilson’s, we had to develop a unique and proprietary way of processing coffee and selecting a specific variety of certified organic coffee beans to produce a product that is pure, clean and mold free and up to 44% higher in Caffeine and up to 87% higher in Palmitic Acid.

We started off by sourcing the best possible beans we could find. Next, we developed a processing technique that would retain all the elements we want and halt the burning process, after a process of trial and error to perfect our technique, we achieved a way to process that not only retained what we wanted, but also eliminated what we didn’t want.

Our beans aren’t just organic, they’re also bird friendly, shade grown and purchased from small, independent farming cooperatives, hand-picked by farmers who have been paid fairly. additionally, S.A. Wilson’s gold roast is one of the few organic coffee processor. This means every step of production, as well as our facility where we conduct our operations, has met organic standards—we’re talking right down to the products we use to clean the floors!
