Step 1: FIND YOUR DOSE. Each Tro Plus Calm troche is scored into 4 quarters. Start with 1/4 to 1/2 troche and increase as needed. Cut the troche on a dark surface to avoid staining.

Step 2: SWALLOW. Swallow on an empty stomach. Consider eating 15–20 minutes later to accelerate absorption. Take 1/4 to 1 full troche, as needed or otherwise directed by your healthcare provider.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid combining with alcohol or other GABA-enhancing substances (e.g., benzodiazepines) unless directed by a healthcare provider.
