If you are not currently a patient of Forum Health, you will receive your results in the mail at the address provided at check out. Depending on the test that is ordered, results can take 2-4 weeks to be completed.

Please note that you are responsible for taking the test results to your Forum Health provider or primary care physician for any additional test result interpretation and neither the physician authorizing the test, nor Forum Health, are diagnosing or treating any condition through your use of this service.
